品管圈在降低血液透析患者低血压发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的讨品管圈活动在降低维持性血液透析患者低血压发生率中的应用效果。方法采用品管圈模式发挥团队管理、成员间的相互协作精神,确立"降低维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压发生率"为活动主题,对2014年10月1日~12月30日维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压的发生率及原因进行统计、分析并制定和落实整改措施。结果品管圈活动实施后,维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压发生率(6.55%)显著低于品管圈活动实施前(16.6%)(P <0.05)。结论品管圈活动在降低维持性血液透析患者发生低血糖方面有较好效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity in reducing the incidence of hypotension in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The QCC model was used to play the spirit of mutual cooperation between the members of the management team and the activity theme of "Reduce the incidence of hypotension in patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis" was established. The incidence and causes of hypotension during dialysis in patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis from October 1 to December 30, 2014 were counted, analyzed, and corrective measures were formulated and implemented. Results After the implementation of quality control circle, the incidence of hypotension in patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis was significantly lower than that before the implementation of quality control circle(6.55% vs 16.6%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity has a good effect on reducing the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
