摘 要:研究了等离子-电弧复合焊接技术在汽车底盘焊接中的应用。结果表明,复合焊熔池中金属液的流动方向受焊接连接电极极性组合的影响。复合焊的焊趾形状会随着等离子电极的偏移而产生变化,一定程度的偏移能够使焊缝的应力集中降低,从而使焊接接头处的疲劳强度得到提高。搭接焊试样的疲劳强度约为传统CO2气体保护焊的两倍,等离子-电弧复合焊接能显著改善焊接接头的性能。A study of the application of plasma arc hybrid welding to auto chassis welding shows that the flow direction of metal liquid in the hybrid welding pool is affected by the polarity combination of weld connecting electrodes and the hybrid weld toe shape will change along with the offset of plasma electrode.A certain amount of the offset is able to lower the strain concentration of weld seam,and as a result the fatigue strength is to be improved at the weld joint twice that of conventional GMAW,which indicates that the plasma arc hybrid welding is able to improve the performance of weld joints remarkably.
