摘 要:针对我国建筑工程项目日趋大型化和复杂化,造成信息传递效率低、信息阶段数据分离、信息共享性差、信息利用价值低等一系列问题。本文从项目全寿命周期的信息应用出发,提出基于BIM技术和COBie标准下的信息化管理,将BIM和COBie的结合,解决传统信息管理模式低效率,高成本的问题,为建筑项目全寿命周期的信息共享提供新的思路和技术。As the increasing sizes and complexity of China's construction projects has given rise to a series of problems such as low efficiency of information transmission,data separation between various periods,poor information sharing and low utilization value of information,etc.,IT-based life-cycle project management on the basis of BIM-COBie technology was proposed in the paper below,which offers a solution to the low efficiency and high cost of conventional information management by combining BIM and COBie and a novel idea and technology for life-cyle information sharing of construction projects.
