摘 要:树突状细胞(DCs)通过调控T细胞的活化和分化,来调节机体的免疫反应。人们逐渐发现DCs在识别外来抗原及危险信号,产生初始免疫应答和适应性免疫应答的过程中,不仅DCs功能相关基因会发生变化,代谢途径也会进行相应的改变。研究表明DCs的代谢与其活化、功能及存活密切相关。本文我们将围绕DCs的代谢特点,代谢关键分子、DCs代谢与疾病的关系进行详细阐述,为后续相关研究及临床应用提供理论依据。Dendritic cells(DCs)regulate the immune system by regulating the activation and differentiation of T cells.It has been gradually discovered that in the process of DCs recognizing antigen and danger signals to initiate innate immune response and adoptive immune response,not only will the DCs function-related genes change,but also the metabolic pathways will be changed.Studies have shown that the metabolism of DCs is tightly related to its activation,function and survival.In this review,we focus on the metabolism characteristics of DCs,the key metabolic molecules,and the relationship between DCs metabolism and diseases to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up researches and clinical applications.
