青岛富水复杂地层盾构施工渣土改良技术研究

摘　　要：土压平衡式盾构机在富水复杂地层中掘进时会遇到喷涌、结泥饼等常见施工问题,这些问题将会严重影响施工进度和施工安全,以青岛地铁1号线某区间左线隧道穿越富水复杂地层盾构施工为背景,针对施工中遇到的喷涌及结泥饼问题,提出了适应青岛地区地质情况的新型渣土改良技术措施,并在工程实践中应用,取得了良好的改良效果。The soil-pressure balanced shield tunneling machine encounters the common construction problems such as spout and clay lump when tunneling in the water-rich complex strata,which will seriously affect the construction progress and construction safety.In the left line tunnel of a certain section of Qingdao metro line 1,it mainly passes through the water-rich complex strata.Taking the project as the study case,this paper puts forward a new dreg improvement technology measures aiming at the shield tunneling in the water-rich complex strata in view of the spout and clay lump encountered in the construction.
