摘 要:[目的]明确实验室条件下薰衣草油和肉桂油混配后对朱砂叶螨的生物活性。[方法]采用熏蒸法测定2种精油对5日龄雌成螨的熏蒸毒力,分析了2种精油及其混合物在半致死剂量下的产卵抑制率、驱避率、移动距离和移动频率。[结果]在熏蒸毒力实验中,薰衣草油熏蒸处理5日龄雌成螨24 h的LD50为0.39μL·L^-1;肉桂油熏蒸处理5日龄雌成螨24 h的LD50为0.43μL·L^-1;当2种精油按5∶5混配时,5日龄雌成螨死亡率24 h达到56.41%,48 h达到69.58%,且杀螨效果比单剂好;经半致死剂量的薰衣草油和肉桂油以及5∶5混配后处理5日龄雌成螨发现其产卵抑制率、驱避率、移动距离和移动频率均具有时间依赖性,且混配后作用效果均高于单剂的作用效果。[结论]薰衣草油与肉桂油混配后的杀螨活性高于其单剂的杀螨活性。本研究为植物精油的合理混配提供了科学依据。[Objective]The objective of the study was to investigate the biological activity of lavender oil,cinnamon oil,and the mixture of two oils on Tetranychus cinnabarinus control under the laboratory conditions.[Methods]The fumigant toxicity of lavender oil and cinnamon oil against 5-day-old females were determined.The fumigant activity,oviposition inhibition rate,percentage of repellency,move distance and move frequency of two single oils as well as their mixture were analyzed at half-lethal doses.[Results]The results showed that LD50 of lavender and cinnamon oil was determined as 0.39μL·L^-1 and 0.43μL·L^-1,respectively,at 24 h post treatment,.The mite mortality caused by the mixture of two oils at half-lethal doses reached up to 56.41%in 24 h and 69.58%in 48 h at 5∶5 ratio,and the acaricidal effect of the mixture was better than a single agent.The effects of three oils on the oviposition inhibition rate,percent repellency,move distance,and move frequency were time-dependent at half-lethal doses,and the effect of the mixture was higher than that of the single agent.[Conclusion]The acaricidal activity of the mixture of lavender and cinnamon oil was greater than that of the single agent.This study provides a scientific basis for the application of using plant essential oils and their mixtures.
