摘 要:目的对于创伤性失血性休克患者采取中分子羟乙基淀粉进行治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果进行分析。方法138例创伤性失血性休克患者,采用随机法分为研究组和对照组,每组69例。研究组患者采用中分子羟乙基淀粉治疗,对照组患者采用聚明胶肽治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后15 min、30 min以及60 min的舒张压、收缩压、心率以及氧饱和度水平,治疗效果,并发症发生情况。结果治疗后15、30、60 min,两组患者舒张压、收缩压、氧饱和度均高于本组治疗前,心率低于本组治疗前,且研究组舒张压、收缩压、氧饱和度均高于对照组,心率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治愈率为100.0%,高于对照组的89.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为1.4%,低于对照组的15.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中针对创伤性失血性休克患者,为其提供中分子羟乙基淀粉治疗效果理想,属于院前急救早期液体复苏的有效措施,应该给予大力的推广与应用。Objective To analyze the method and therapeutic effect of medium molecular hydroxyethyl starch in the treatment of traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods A total of 138 patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 69 cases in each group.The research group was treated by medium molecular hydroxyethyl starch,and the control group was treated by polygelatin.The levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation before treatment and after 15,30 and 60 min of treatment,therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 15,30 and 60 min of treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and heart rate was lower than those before treatment.The levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and heart rate was lower than that in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate in the research group was 100.0%,which was higher than 89.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 1.4%in the research group,which was lower than 15.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medium molecular hydroxyethyl starch shows ideal effect for clinical treatment of patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.It is an effective measure for early liquid resuscitation in pre-hospital emergency and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
