摘　　要：社会主义新时代,研究新时代背景下高职院校职业道德教育的开展情况,有助于完成“立德树人”的根本任务,有助于学生成长成才,有助于培养满足社会主义现代化建设需要的技术技能人才。本文就新时代背景下对高职学生开展职业道德教育的意义进行了分析。本文指出了高职院校职业道德教育中存在的与立德树人联系性不紧、职业道德教育缺乏整体性等问题,剖析了产生问题的原因。在查阅资料和咨询专家的基础上提出了解决高职院校职业道德教育存在问题的具体策略。In the new era of socialism,research on the implementation of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges helps to accomplish the fundamental task of“building people with morality”and cultivate students’technical skills and talents to meet the needs of socialist modernization construction,which contributes to students’growth into talents.This article analyzes the significance of professional ethics education for higher vocational students in the new era,points out the problems of ethics education in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of connection with“building people with morality”,the lack of integrity of ethics education,and explores the reasons for these problems.In the end,on the basis of further enquiring and consulting specialists,specific strategies are put forward to solve the problems of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges.
