教学秘书视角下高校教学管理工作提升路径研究

摘　　要：教学秘书是高校教学管理工作的纽带,也是高校教学管理工作改革的具体执行者和见证者。随着高校规模进一步扩大,学生人数快速增长,高校管理工作难度日益增大。然而,当前高校教学创新性不足,管理环节还存在一定问题,传统工作模式急需改变。本文以教学秘书角度,从高校教学管理工作的实践意义入手,通过分析当前形势下高校教学管理工作中存在的问题,探讨高校教学管理工作的提升路径,为创新高校教学管理工作方式方法、提高高校教育工作的时效性提供参考。Teaching secretary is not only the link of teaching management in higher colleges,but also the concrete executor and witness of teaching management reform in higher colleges.With the further expansion of the scale of higher colleges,the number of students is growing rapidly,and the management of higher colleges is becoming increasingly difficult.However,there are still some problems in the current teaching innovation and management,and the traditional working mode needs to be changed.From the perspective of teaching secretary,starting from the practical significance of teaching management in higher colleges,this paper analyzes the problems existing in teaching management in higher colleges under the current situation,discusses the promotion path of teaching management in higher colleges,and provides reference for innovation of teaching management methods and improvement of timeliness of education in higher colleges.
