高校图书馆期刊室服务实证研究

摘　　要：以云南民族大学图书馆期刊室为例,从报刊资源和阅读环境、工作人员素质与能力、服务管理制度三方面探讨高校图书馆期刊室服务的现状,针对读者违规问题、利用率低问题提出解决对策,并提出高校图书馆期刊室服务的未来发展趋势:建立健全期刊室信息化管理体系、对期刊室实行软管理、开放期刊室社会服务。Taking the periodical room of Library of Yunnan University of Nationalities as an example,this paper discusses the present situation of the service of the periodical room of university libraries from three aspects:newspaper and periodical resources and reading environment,staff quality and ability and service management system.Accordingly,it puts forward solutions to the problems of readers’violation and low utilization rate.It also comes up with the future development trend of the service of the periodical room of university libraries:to establish and improve the information management system of the periodical room,implement the soft management to the periodical room,and open the social service of the periodical room.
