龙江精神视域下大学生思想政治教育人本化路径探析

摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育人本化核心在于尊重大学生的主体地位和价值本位,调动和发挥大学生的主观能动性,以促进大学生自由全面发展为价值指归。“以文化人”的教育理念、洋溢人文关怀的教育内容、亲切隐性的教育手段和精神成人的教育目的是它的基本构成要素。龙江精神作为黑龙江人民在改造客观世界和主观世界的实践中形成的精神成果的总和,具有丰富的思想内涵和人文意蕴,将其融入大学生思想政治教育,有利于提升教育内容的人文品性,增强教育方法的情感性,促进大学生主体精神的生成和发展。依托龙江精神提升教育者的精神素养、构建全面育人的教育内容体系、实施渗透性教育方法,是推动大学生思想政治教育人本化的有效途径。The core of humanistic undergraduates’ideological and political education is to respect the subject status and value standard of college students,to mobilize and play their subjective initiative and promote them to develop freely and comprehensively as the value purport.The educational concept of“using a cultural method to influence people”,the humanist education contents,the kindly and implicit educational means and the educational purpose to promote college students’spiritual adult are the basic elements of humanistic undergraduates’ideological and political education.Heilongjiang Spirit as the sum of spiritual achievement created by the Heilongjiang people during the practice course of transforming the objective world and their subjective spirit,has rich ideological contents and humanistic implication,integrating it into undergraduates’ideological and political education is helpful to improve the humanistic qualities of education content,strengthen the emotional sensitivity of educational methods,and promote the generation and development of the college students’subjective spirit.The effective way to promote the humanization of undergraduates’ideological and political education is taking Heilongjiang spirit as the medium to improve the spiritual accomplishment of educators,build a comprehensive educational content system,and implement permeable educational method.
