广西红色资源在大学生党员党性教育中的作用与实现路径

摘　　要：大学生的党员党性教育受到文化渗透、社会发展、学校培养环境、自身人格发展等方面因素的影响,高校党性教育面临很大挑战。红色资源具有重要的育人功能,可以保证大学生党员党性教育的实施方向,丰富党性教育的实际内容,拓展党性教育的形式。广西地区红色资源丰富,高校党建工作在大学生党员的党性教育上要融入地方红色资源,打造红色实践基地与学习平台,提高大学生党员党性教育的有效性。The Party spirit education in higher colleges is facing tremendous challenges caused by cultural infiltration,social development,school training environment,personality development and other factors.However,red resources have important educational functions,which can ensure the right implementing direction of the Party spirit education for college students,enrich the actual content of Party spirit education,and expand the forms of the Party spirit education.Guangxi has rich red resources,so Party construction work should incorporate local red resources in the Party’s education for undergraduate Party members,thus erecting new red practice bases and learning platforms,and improving the effectiveness of the Party spirit education for undergraduate Party members.
