新型农业经营主体嵌入式发展的路径及内在机理--基于兵团农业龙头企业的典型案例分析

摘　　要：工商资本下乡成立的农业龙头企业作为新型农业经营主体的重要组成部分,能否成功嵌入乡土社会。对于政府、小农户、企业三者至关重要。该文以嵌入性发展分析框架作为理论基础,结合兵团农业龙头企业成功嵌入的典型案例,从认知、文化、结构、政治、关系五个维度分析下乡资本融入乡土社会的嵌入路径和嵌入机理。分析表明:新型农业经营主体在嵌入乡土社会的过程中需要具有责任意识,积极营造同当地的社会关联,与小农户形成利益共同体,融入当地的政策环境和文化环境。As an important part of the new agricultural management subject,the leading agricultural enterprises established by industrial and commercial capital in rural areas are crucial to the government,small farmers and enterprises.Taking the embedded development analysis framework as the theoretical basis and combining with the typical cases of successful embedding of agricultural leading enterprises,this paper analyzes the embeddability path and mechanism of the integration of rural capital into local society from such five dimensions as cognition,culture,structure,politics and relationship.The analysis shows that the new agricultural operators should have a sense of responsibility in the process of embedding into the local society,actively creating a social connection with the village,forming a community of interests with small farmers and integrating into the local political and cultural environment.
