摘　　要：随着国际工程市场近年来竞争的加剧,对国内炼化工程企业投标报价估算的准确性提出了更高的要求,以往沿用的相对静态定额报价体系很难适应国际竞争的需要。为促进企业稳步拓展国际市场和提升国际投标中标率,文章在对标国际一流公司费用估算体系及项目管理体系的基础上,结合国内企业固有专业分工,介绍了一种基于市场价格的动态费用估算体系构建方法,并就应用效果进行了探讨,对国际总承包项目报价工作具有一定的指导和参考意义。In recent years,the competition in the international engineering market has intensified,which puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy of bidding estimation for domestic refining engineering enterprises,while a static estimation system used in the past is difficult to meet the needs of international competition.In order to promote the steady expansion of the international market and the promotion of the international bid winning rate,this paper introduces a dynamic cost estima-tion system based on the market price when benchmarking cost estimation system and project management system of the in-ternational first-class companies,combined with the inherent professional division of domestic enterprises,and discusses the application effect,which has certain guidance and reference significance regarding bidding of international EPC projects.
