摘  要:由二乙烯三胺和全氟辛酸合成了全氟庚基-N-氨乙基咪唑啉季铵盐,利用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、质谱确定氟碳咪唑啉季铵盐结构、滴定法测定其含量、失重法和电化学方法评价了在油田采出液中对N80钢腐蚀的缓蚀性能和电化学腐蚀机理。结果表明,其含量为85%,用量≥50 mg/L时,具有优良的缓蚀效果和耐温效果,在30~70℃条件下,腐蚀速率<0.041983 mm/a,缓蚀率均在90%以上。Perfluoroheptyl-N-aminoethyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized by reaction of diethylenetriamine and perfluorooctanoic acid.The structure of fluorocarbon imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was determined by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),mass spectrometry,and the corrosion inhibition and electrochemical corrosion mechanism of N80 steel were evaluated by titration,weight loss and electrochemical method.The result showed that the content was 85%,when the dosage was≥50 mg/L,fluorocarbon imidazolin quaternary ammonium salt has excellent corrosion inhibition and temperature resistance,the corrosion rates measured at 30~70℃were less than 0.041983 mm/a,and the corrosion inhibition rates were all above 90%.
