摘 要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,Mn(NO3)2·4H2O为前驱体,制备MnO2/γ-Al2O3非均相负载型催化剂。以臭氧为氧化剂,MnO2/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,催化臭氧氧化降解100 mg/L的苯酚模拟废水,考察活性组分负载量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对催化臭氧降解苯酚的影响。结果表明,锰负载量10%,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间5 h为MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂较佳的制备方案。将其应用到高碱性苯酚溶液中,在臭氧浓度为0.96 mg/L,催化剂用量为2 g/L,温度25℃,反应60 min时,苯酚和COD的去除率分别达到97.6%和71.8%,催化活性较好。γ-Al2O3 as the carrier and Mn(NO3)2·4H2O as the precursor to prepare MnO2/γ-Al2O3 heterogeneous catalysts.The processes of catalytic oxidation for treatment of 100 mg/L phenol simulated wastewater with O3 as oxidant in the presence of MnO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst were catalyzed,and the influence of the active component load,roasting temperature,roasting time on the catalytic ozone degradation of phenol were investigated.The results show that the better preparation scheme of MnO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst is as follows:manganese loading 10%,calcination temperature 500℃,calcination time 5 h.Applying it to highly alkaline phenol solution,when the ozone concentration of 0.96 mg/L,the catalysts load of 2 g/L,the temperature of 25℃,the time of 60 min,the removal rate of phenol and the degradation rate of COD reached 97.6%and 71.8%respectively,the catalytic activity was good.
