摘 要:阐述了脱络螯合沉淀机理,归纳总结了不同种类脱络螯合剂在络合态重金属废水处理领域的应用研究成果,分析了有机小分子脱络螯合剂的pH适用范围、絮凝剂辅助沉降影响以及不稳定沉淀物的二次污染风险,列举了DTC类有机高分子脱络螯合剂在较宽的pH范围下呈现的高效脱络螯合能力与良好的絮凝沉降性能,指出了影响其脱络螯合效率与规模化应用的制约因素,明确了脱络螯合剂研究与应用的发展方向。This paper expounds the mechanism of chelating precipitation,summarizes the application results of different kinds of chelating agents in the treatment of complex heavy metal wastewater,and analyses the applicable pH standard of organic small molecule chelating agents.The secondary pollution risk of unstable sediment and the influence of auxiliary sedimentation of flocculant and flocculant are listed.The high efficiency and good flocculating sedimentation performance of DTC organic polymer chelating agents in a wide range of pH are listed.The restrictive factors affecting the chelating efficiency and large-scale application are pointed out,and the removal of DTC organic macromolecule chelating agents is clarified.The development direction of chelating agent research and application.
