摘 要:注蒸汽热采的过程中,部分井因堵塞、结垢等问题需检泵作业。由于埋藏浅、地层疏松,井间普遍存在汽窜问题。为降低施工风险,检泵前需进行长时间排液。针对这一问题,研制了一种铬冻胶,对近井地带进行暂时封堵后可直接检泵作业,提高了修井效率,保存了地层能量。研制的铬冻胶由0.8%阳离子聚合物H12、0.3%交联剂乙酸铬、0.2%酸性纳米颗粒组成,由此配置的成胶液黏度约为300 mPa·s,在90℃地层条件下成胶时间为7 h,形成的冻胶储能模量约为45 Pa,属于高强度冻胶。该冻胶3 d内具有良好的稳定性,在3 d后注入破胶剂丙二酸能有效破胶,满足高温暂堵的要求。In the process of thermal production by steam injecting,some oil well pumps need to be checked due to blockage,scaling and other problems.Due to shallow burial and loose formation,there is steam channeling between wells.In order to reduce the construction risk,long time drainage is required before pump overhaul.In order to solve this problem,a kind of chromium gel was developed.After using the chromium gel to temporarily plugging near well zone,oil well pump can directly be checked without long time drainage,which improves the efficiency of workover and save the formation energy.The gel is composed of 0.8%cationic polymer H12,0.3%cross-linking agent chromium acetate and 0.2%acid nano particles.The viscosity of the gel liquid is about 300 mPa·s,the gelation time is 7 h at 90°C,and the energy storage modulus of the gel is about 45 Pa.The chromium gel belongs to high-strength gel.The gel has good stability within 3 days,and it can effectively be broke by injecting gel breaker malonic acid after 3 days,which meets the needs of temporary plugging at high temperature.
