摘  要:新型冠状病毒肺炎目前处于防控的关键时刻,在此疫情下,上消化道出血患者临床处理是消化道常见的危急重症之一,在筛查新型冠状病毒肺炎的过程中既要保证传染源的筛查,也要对上消化道出血急诊患者得到有效、及时的救治。因此,需要依法科学落实各种标准化程序,在筛查新型冠状病毒肺炎的过程中,强化患者与医护人员的保护与预防意识,做出合理化保护措施,加强行为管理和控制,进而避免患者与医护人员之间发生交叉感染的可能,实现科学有效防控,避免防护不足与防护过度。It is at a critical moment in the prevention and control of COVID-19.We should not only ensure the screening of infectious sources of COVID-19,but also provide effective and timely treatment for emergency patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding which is one of the common critical diseases in the gastrointestinal tract.Therefore,various standardized procedures need to be implemented in a scientific and legal manner.In the process of screening COVID-19,the awareness of protection and prevention of patients and medical staff should be strengthened,rational protection measures should be taken,behavior management and control should be enhanced,so as to eliminate the possibility of cross-infection between patients and medical staff,realize scientific and effective prevention and control,and avoid inadequate and excessive protection.
