摘　　要：近来2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情爆发猛烈,自贡市第一人民医院通过采取引领护理工作模式,参照新型冠状病毒肺炎防控标准,结合临时病房实际岗位需求,通过流程梳理,信息共享等方式,规范工作流程及质控要求,保障特殊时期护理工作的高效开展,探讨岗位引领护理工作模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院临时病房的应用价值。通过实践可知,岗位引领护理工作模式可有效避免护理工作出现差错和疏漏,缓解护理人员工作压力,确保护理工作质量,保障护理安全,提高患者满意度,为新冠疫情的防治做出积极贡献。The outbreak of COVID-19 is fierce recently.The position-guided nursing work mode has been adopted to ensure the efficiency of nursing work during the special period so as to explore its application value in the temporary ward of designated hospitals for COVID-19 by following the standards of the new coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control protocols,combining the practical position requirements of temporary wards,combing the process of sharing information and standardizing the requirements of work process and quality control in Zigong First People's Hospital.This practice proves that the position-guided nursing work mode can make positive contribution for preventing and controlling COVID-19 by effectively preventing nursing errors and omissions,alleviating the work pressure of nursing staff,ensuring the quality of nursing work,guaranteeing the nursing safety and improving patients'satisfaction.
