某院含兴奋剂药品外包装或说明书“运动员慎用”标识统计分析

摘　　要：目的:帮助医院规范管理含兴奋剂药品,同时探讨医院含兴奋剂药品存在争议的问题。方法:依据国家体育总局发布的《2019兴奋剂目录》,统计出含有兴奋剂的药品,逐一查找药品外包装或说明书上是否有“运动员慎用”标识,并归纳整理。结果:绝大多数含兴奋剂药品都在药品外包装或说明书上有运动员慎用标识,少数药品无,也有一些药品不在《2019兴奋剂目录》却有标识。结论:含兴奋剂药品的标识需要不断更新改进,也有一些问题需要探讨解决,才能有效避免运动员兴奋剂的医源性误差。Objective:To help the hospital standardize the management of doping drugs,and to discuss some controversial issues.Methods:A list of doping drugs in our hospital was displayed according to the list of doping drugs published by General Administration of Sport of China in 2019,and the packages and instructions of the drugs were checked one by one to find whether there was a mark of“athletes use with caution”,and the results were summarized.Results:The vast majority of doping drugs are marked with“athletes use with caution”on the packaging or in the instructions,while there are also a few doping drugs without the mark,and some drugs not listed in the 2019 doping catalogue are marked.Conclusion:The"athletes use with caution"mark of doping drugs need to be updated and improved further,and some problems need to be discussed and solved,so as to effectively avoid the latrogenic errors of doping drugs to athlete.
