摘  要:目的:优选紫萁贯众中紫萁酮和芦丁的闪式提取工艺。方法:以提取液中紫萁酮、芦丁转移率与出膏率的综合评分值为考察指标,以料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间为因素,在单因素试验基础上运用正交试验法对紫萁贯众的闪式提取工艺进行优化并进行验证试验。结果:闪提最佳工艺为料液比:1∶25,提取溶剂:75%乙醇,提取时间:1 min。结论:闪式提取法工艺简单、耗时短、提取率高、结果稳定、节省能源,可为紫萁贯众的制剂生产及新药开发提供依据。Objective:To optimize the flash extraction process of osmundacetone and rutin from Osmundae Rhizoma.Methods:Taking comprehensive scoring value of the contents of osmundacetone and rutin,and the yield of extract as the investigation index,and material-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction time as the influencing factors,the flash extraction technology of Osmundae Rhizoma was optimized by orthogonal test based on the single factor test.Validation test was conducted ad well.Results:The optimized technique of homogenate extraction was as follows:the material-liquid ratio was 1∶25,the extracting solvent was 75%ethanol,and the extraction time was 1 min.Conclusion:The flash extraction process is simple with short time,high extraction rate and low energy consumption,which can provide basis for the industrial production and the new drug development of Osmundae Rhizoma.
