摘　　要：目的:考察氯己定碘溶液剂的抗菌效果。方法:采用常量肉汤稀释法确定氯己定碘溶液剂的最小抑菌浓度,并进行现场消毒验证。结果:氯己定碘溶液剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为62.5,62.5,500μg·ml-1,现场消毒效果最佳。结论:氯己定碘具有较好的消毒效果,有临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the antibacterial effect of chlorhexidine-iodine solution.Methods:The constant broth dilution method was used to detect the minimal inhibitory concentration of chlorhexidine-iodine solution and on-site disinfection experiment was performed for the confirmation of its antibacterial effect.Results:The minimum inhibitory concentration of chlorhexidine-iodine solution for Staphylococcus aureus,Bacterium coli and albicans Saccharomyces was 62.5,62.5 and 500μg·ml-1,respectively.It had the best disinfection when compared with the other disinfectors.Conclusion:Chlorhexidine-iodine has better disinfection effect and shows the value of clinical application.
