摘 要:对重庆市476名初中生进行调查,发现初中生学业负担已从校内转移至校外,学生在课外学习时背负着较重的心理压力,压力来源主要是:超量的课外学习任务,过短的睡眠时间,补习效果不尽如人意,以及来自家庭背景和父母辅导的影响。要缓解学生课外学习时的心理负担,让学生轻松快乐地学习,需要学校、教育机构、家长多个主体共同努力。A survey of 476 junior high school students in Chongqing city found that the academic burden of junior high school students has been transferred from the school to the outside school.Students are carrying heavy psychological pressure in their extracurricular study and the main sources of pressure are:excessive extracurricular learning tasks,too short sleep time,unsatisfactory effect of remedial work,as well as from the family background and parental counseling.To alleviate the psychological burden of students extracurricular study and let them study easily and happily,it is necessary for schools,educational institutions,parents to work together.
