中国共产党在大别山区局部执政时期加强纪律建设的历史考察

摘　　要：中国共产党在鄂豫皖苏区及中原解放区的局部执政是党早期局部执政的重要组成部分,对于党实现全国执政做出了卓越贡献。党在大别山区时期纪律严明,其灵魂在于坚决贯彻党的各项政治任务,其核心在于维护群众利益,其基础在于保持廉洁作风。大别山区革命者对铁一般纪律的坚守,彰显了中国共产党管党治党从严的文化品格。纪律建设重在制度,更重在执行,严格执纪是纪律建设取得成效的基本保障,正是刚性的纪律约束使得中国共产党在大别山区与国民党政权的斗争中胜出。要实现新时代具有新的历史特点伟大斗争的胜利,党员干部必须树立党章意识、政治意识、核心意识和人民意识,推进党的纪律制度化,强化纪律约束,把"严"的主基调长期坚持下去,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,为中国共产党长期执政奠定坚实基础。During the ruling period in the Dabie Mountain Area,the Communist Party of China(CPC)had strict discipline with its soul on resolutely carrying out the Party’s political tasks,its core on safeguarding the interests of the masses and its foundation on maintaining an incorruptible style.The adherence of revolutionaries in the Dabie Mountain Area to iron discipline has revealed the cultural characteristic of the CPC.Discipline construction relies more on implementation than the system itself,and it is the rigid discipline that helps the CPC win the combat between the Dabie Mountain Area and the Kuomintang regime.To win the great struggle with new historical characteristics in the New Era,the Party members and cadres must establish the Party Constitution consciousness,political consciousness,core consciousness and people consciousness.What’s more,they should promote the institutionalization of the Party discipline,strengthen the discipline,hold on to the main tone of"strict"for a long time and strengthen the Party’s self-discipline to lay a solid foundation for the long-term ruling of the CPC.
