摘  要:通过优化纺丝温度、冷却条件、集束条件,改造上油系统,调整作业规程等,以改善熔体直纺133 dtex/72 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)的内在质量。试验表明:纺丝温度290℃左右、环吹风风压28~32 Pa、集束位置900 mm、油嘴倾角5°,同时考虑上油措施良好、不停泵修板作业和停泵切小卷等措施后,可以明显减少后加工张力异常和条干不匀率波动的问题,显著提升了POY内在质量和后加工稳定性。The internal quality of direct spinning 133 dtex/72 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY) was im-proved by optimizing spinning temperature, cooling condition, cluster condition, reforming oiling system andadjusting operation rules. The results show that the spinning temperature is about 290 ℃, wind pressure is 28~32 Pa, cluster position is 900 mm, nozzle inclination angle is 5°, at the same time, after taking into ac-count measures such as good oiling, continuous pump wiping work and pump stop cutting into small pack-age, etc., POY intrinsic quality and post-processing stability are improved significantly.
