摘　　要：通风机叶轮前盘弧段的制造工艺一直是限制通风机制造的一个瓶颈,传统通风机叶轮前盘弧段制作需要采用整体热压成型工艺,制作周期长、费用高。为此,通过对旋压工艺的研究,考虑旋压过程中的形变等关键要素,设计了旋压模具以及模具制作工艺,在实际应用中有效地缩短了弧形圆环件生产周期并降低制作费用。该制作方法适用于各类弧形圆环件,具有推广应用价值。Manufacturing technology of front disk arc section of fan impeller has always been a bottleneck restricting the manufacture of ventilator,Traditional fan impeller front disc arc section fabrication needs to adopt integral hot pressing process,which has long production cycle and high cost.Through the study of spinning process,considering the deformation and other key factors in spinning process,the spinning die and die manufacturing process are designed.In practical application,the production cycle is effectively shortened and the manufacturing cost is reduced.This manufacturing method is suitable for all kinds of arc ring parts,and has the value of popularization and application.
