摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院医务人员的防控管理方法及效果。方法成立医院感染三级防控委员会,开展多元化培训,全程严格防控与督导,落实各项制度和后勤保障。结果共收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者2454例,治愈出院525例;未发生医务人员新型冠状病毒感染。结论医院感染三级防控机制的建立与实施,可有效保障医务人员安全,提高患者救治效率。Objective To explore prevention and control measures for medical staff working in a hospital designated for treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and examine the effcet of the measures.Methods A three-level hospital infection prevention and control committee was established in the designated hospital.Diversified training was carried out,strict prevention and control measures and supervision were proceeded throughout the whole process,and various policies and logistics support were delivered.Results A total of 2454 patients with COVID-19 pneumonia were treated and 525 were cured and discharged.No medical staffer was infected with the contagion.Conclusion The establishment and implementation of the three-level prevention and control mechanism for nosocomial infections is a safety guarantee for medical personnel to avoid nosocomial infections.It also enhances treatment efficacy.
