摘 要:共有知识已成为持续开展产学研合作创新活动必不可少的环节,针对团队共有知识形成的研究成果也已成为当今科技成果转化团队工作的基础。然而,对于团队共有知识构建的研究并未给予应有的关注。从共有知识自身的发展规律出发,分析了共有知识的形成条件,据此探讨了校企团队共有知识构建的盲点,并针对这些盲点指出校企团队应在关系互动机制、互动动态化机制、成员类型化机制以及共同认知机制等4个方面采取应对策略,以促进团队共有知识的顺利形成,从而打通科技成果转化的关键堵点。The mutual knowledge has become an essential link for sustainably carrying out industry-university-research cooperation and innovation activities,and the research results formed by teams’mutual knowledge have also become the basis of the work of today’s sci-tech achievements transformation of the teams.However,due attention has not been paid to the research on the construction of teams’mutual knowledge.Starting from the development law of the mutual knowledge its own,this paper analyzes the conditions for forming the mutual knowledge,and based on this,discusses the blind spots of the construction of the mutual knowledge of the university-enterprise teams,and in terms of these blind spots,points out that the university-enterprise teams should adopt some measures from four aspects of the relationship interaction mechanism,interactive dynamic mechanism,member typing mechanism and mutual cognitive mechanism to facilitate the smooth formation of teams’mutual knowledge,and so as to get through the key blocks of the transformation of sci-tech achievements.
