Cu(Ⅱ)-铬天青S分光光度法测定盐酸氯丙嗪

摘　　要：在pH5.40的六亚甲基四胺-HCl缓冲溶液中,盐酸氯丙嗪与Cu(Ⅱ)、铬天青S反应生成蓝色三元配合物,其最大吸收波长为650 nm.当Cu(Ⅱ)和铬天青S的含量一定时,盐酸氯丙嗪的质量浓度在2~32μg·mL^-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=-0.0486+0.0209ρ(μg·mL^-1),相关系数r=0.9992,表观摩尔吸光系数ε650=1.5×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1,检出限为0.46μg·mL^-1.此方法用于测定片剂和注射液中盐酸氯丙嗪含量,加标回收率在98.30%~100.5%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.3%~1.7%之间.In the hexamethylene tetramine-HCl buffer solution of pH 5.40,chlorpromazine hydrochloride reacted with Cu(Ⅱ)and chromazurol S to form blue ternary complexes with the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 650 nm.When the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)and chromazurol S was constant,linear relationship was found between the absorbance and the mass concentration of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in the range of 2~32μg·mL^-1.The linear regression equation is A=-0.0486+0.0209ρ(μg·mL^-1)with a correlation coefficient of 0.9992.The apparent molar absorption coefficient of indirect determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride is 1.5×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1.The detection limit is 0.46μg·mL^-1.The method was used to detect the content of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in tablets and injections samples,giving recovery rates measured by standard addition method in the range of 98.30%~100.5%and relative standard deviations(n=5)in the range of 1.3%~1.7%.
