高锰酸钾化学发光体系测定药物利福平的含量

摘  要:利用高锰酸钾-甲醛化学发光体系对利福平的含量进行测定.在酸性环境中,利福平被高锰酸钾氧化产生微弱的化学发光信号,甲醛作为增敏剂加入体系后,可增强化学发光信号.根据化学发光信号值,计算机呈现工作曲线,定量得出利福平含量.在最优的实验条件下,0.05~1.50μg·mL^-1浓度范围内的药物利福平与化学发光信号值线性关系良好,线性方程为:I=15.213c+7.4047,r=0.9996.相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=9),检出限为0.037μg·mL^-1,平均回收率为99.7%.The content of rifampicin was determined by potassium permanganate-formaldehyde chemiluminescence system.In acidic environment,rifampicin could be oxidized by potassium permanganate to generate weak chemiluminescence signals.The chemiluminescence signal got stranger after formaldehyde was added into the system as a sensitizer.According to the chemiluminescence signal value and working curve presented by computer,the content of rifampicin was quantified.Under the optimal experimental conditions,rifampicin in the concentration range of 0.05~1.50μg·mL^-1 had a good linear relationship with chemiluminescence signal.The equation obtained was I=15.213c+7.4047,r=0.9996.The relative standard deviation was 1.6%(n=9),the detection limit was 0.037μg·mL^-1,the average recovery rate was 99.7%.
