摘　　要：该大修工艺研究课题参照乌克兰扎布罗热变压器制造厂的工艺大纲,执行DL/T573—2010《电力变压器大修导则》及反事故措施要求,对变压器进行绕组压紧、热油喷淋干燥、改善变压器的运行稳定性和绝缘性能等方面进行了研究,分析了500kV变压器现场大修工艺技术研究的意义,提出可行性研究方案,为今后开展同类型变压器大修工作指明方向。With reference to the process outline of Zabroheat transformer factory in Ukraine,and the execution of DL/T 573—2010 Maintenance Guide for Power Transformers and the requirement of anti-incident measures,this overhaul process research topic studies the winding compaction,hot oil spray drying,operation stability and insulation performance of the transformer,analyzes the significance of the research on the field overhaul technology of 500kV transformer,puts forward the feasibility study plan,and points out the direction for the future overhaul of the same type of transformer.
