摘　　要：阐述了以超声波、超高频局部放电检测技术为手段,开展GIS与容性设备带电检测与停电试验对比分析研究的意义,指出当前国内外该研究的现状,阐明项目研究的理论和实践依据,并提出该技术研究内容和目标。This paper expounds the significance of comparing and analyzing the test of live and power failure of GIS and capacitive equipment by means of ultrasonic and UHF partial discharge detection technology,points out the current situation of this research at home and abroad,expounds the theoretical and practical basis of the project research,and puts forward the contents and objectives of the technical research.
