摘  要:贵州高生水电站导流洞工程工期紧,任务重。为保证按期分流节点工期目标的顺利实现,在保证设计功能的前提下,组织参建各方在施工过程中采取了优化开挖断面,取消喷混凝土、灌浆及部分系统锚杆、衬砌混凝土施工,有效降低了施工强度,最终确保了工期目标的实现,同时节约了工程投资。For Guizhou Gaosheng hydropower station diversion tunnel project,the project period is tight,the task is heavy.In order to smoothly realize the goal to ensure timely shunt node construction,on the premise of guarantee the design function,organization cooperated-builing parties in construction process adopted optimized excavation section,cancellation of shotcrete and bolt grouting and part of the system,the lining concrete construction,effectively reduce the construction intensity,ultimately to ensure to achieve the goals of the time limit for a project,and save the engineering investment.
