摘　　要：穿山龙功能祛风除湿、活血通络、止咳定喘。现代药理学研究表明,穿山龙中的薯茄皂苷元与甾体激素类药物结构相近,是合成甾体激素的主要原料之一,具有免疫抑制作用。仝小林认为穿山龙使用安全性良好、疗效确切。将穿山龙运用在IgA肾病、系统性红斑狼疮、桥本甲状腺炎等多种临床疑难病的治疗中,对改善临床症状,优化疾病特异性指标,延缓及阻断疾病进程有明显疗效。Dioscoreae Nipponicae has the functions of removing wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and collaterals,relieving cough and asthma.Modern pharmacology study on the structure of Solanumlysosanin in Dioscorea Nipponica is similar tosteroid hormones.One of the main ingredients of synthetic steroid hormones.Professor TONG Xiaolin has experiencedmany years of clinical experience in the safety and stability of the use of Dioscorea Nipponica.Dioscorea Nipponicais used to treat IgA nephropathy,systemic lupus erythematosus,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and so on.Improving clinicalsymptoms,optimizing disease specifi c indicators,delaying and blocking the course of disease are eff ective.
