红元胶囊对创伤性跟骨骨折术后疼痛和局部肿胀的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察红元胶囊对创伤性跟骨骨折术后疼痛和局部肿胀的临床效果。方法选择创伤性跟骨骨折患者100例,随机分为2组,各50例。对照组,术后给予常规抗感染等治疗;治疗组,在常规治疗的基础上,于术前及术后第1天加用红元胶囊1.2 g,每天3次,口服1个月。观察2组术后疼痛和局部肿胀情况。结果术后1周,治疗组的VAS评分(1.1±0.2)分明显低于对照组的(2.5±0.1)分(P<0.05),肿胀程度(4.9±0.8)明显低于对照组的(10.2±3.1)(P<0.05)。治疗组未发生任何并发症,对照组发生切口表皮坏死3例、皮瓣坏死2例以及切口延迟愈合1例。治疗组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红元胶囊能够显著改善创伤性跟骨骨折的术后疼痛和局部肿胀,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Hongyuan capsule on postoperative pain and local swelling of traumatic calcaneal fractures.Methods This study included 100 patients with traumatic calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into 2 groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-infective treatment.50 patients in the treatment group were given conventional treatment.On the basis of routine treatment,Hongyuan capsules were added 1.2 g,3 times/d,orally 1 time before and 1 days after surgery month.Postoperative pain and local swelling were observed in both groups.Results At one week postoperatively,the VAS score of the treatment group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(1.1±0.2 vs 2.5±0.1,P<0.05),and the degree of swelling was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(4.9±0.8 vs 10.2±3.1,P<0.05).There were no complications in the treatment group.In the control group,there were 3 cases of incisional epidermal necrosis,2 cases of skin fl ap necrosis and 1 case of delayed incision healing.The incidence of complications was signifi cantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hongyuan capsule can significantly improve postoperative pain and local swelling of traumatic calcaneal fractures,and has high clinical value.
