摘　　要：拉姆齐—亨特综合征,主要表现为耳痛、耳部疱疹和周围性面瘫三联征,临床常因治疗延误而遗留明显后遗症,运用芒针透刺联合拔罐后穴位注射治疗拉姆齐—亨特综合征疗效确切,文章通过对典型病案进行分析阐明治疗机制。芒针透刺联合拔罐后穴位注射治疗拉姆齐—亨特综合征具有起效迅速、疗效稳定、无不良反应等优点,患者易接受,值得临床推广。Ramsay Hunt Syndrome mainly manifested as ear pain,ear herpes and peripheral facial paralysis,clinical treatment is often delayed and left obvious sequelae.The author used penetration needling with elongated needle combined with acupoint injection after cupping in the treatment of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is eff ective.This paper illustrates the mechanism of treatment by analyzing typical medical records.Penetration needling with elongated needle combined with acupoint injection after cupping in the treatment of Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome has the advantages of rapid onset,stable eff ect and no side eff ects.This treatment is easily accepted by patients and worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
