摘  要:支气管哮喘急性发作是指在接触过敏原等诱因后支气管出现可逆性的气道痉挛,其发病机制与嗜酸性粒细胞及肥大细胞等多种组织细胞及组织成分参与气道高反应相关,以突然发生喘息、咳嗽、胸闷、气促等为主要临床表现,是儿童最常见的呼吸系统疾病。控制哮喘疾病的高发病率,以及缓解哮喘疾病对患儿带来的身心健康的影响成为医学研究人员的重要任务之一。代谢组学作为近年来新兴一门学科,是研究生物体系受到外界刺激或干扰后,其体内各个代谢通路中的小分子代谢物质与某疾病的病理生理改变及其变化规律的科学。众多国内外医学工作者,从哮喘患者血液、尿液、呼气冷凝液以及组织所产生的代谢物中寻找标志性生物标记物,基于代谢组学生物标记物的基础上,进行中医证候分型以及哮喘疾病的治疗及预防。The acute attack of bronchial asthma refers to a reversible airway spasm occurring to bronchus after patients are exposed to allergens and other inducements.The pathogenesis is related to the involvement of a variety of tissue cells and tissue components,such as eosnophils and mastocytes,in airway hyper-reactivity.The main clinical manifestations include sudden wheeze,cough,chest tightness and shortness of breath,etc.This disease is the most common respiratory disease among children.To control the high incidence of asthma and alleviate the impact of asthma on the physical and mental health of children has become one of the signifi cant tasks of medical researchers.As an emerging discipline in recent years,metabonomics is a science that studies small molecular metabolites in various metabolic pathways in the body,the pathophysiological changes for certain diseases and the change rules,after a living organism is stimulated or interfered with by the outside world.Many domestic and foreign medical workers identify symbolic biomarkers in the blood,urine,breath condensate and metabolites generated by the tissues of patients with asthma and carry out the classifi cation of TCM syndromes,as well as the treatment and prevention of asthma based on metabonomic biomarkers.
