摘 要:对航天领域常用的2种阻尼材料进行了耐辐照性能研究,对比分析了其辐照前后的力学性能、阻尼性能和应力松弛。结果表明,苯基硅橡胶和氟硅橡胶在受到2.9×103rad剂量的辐照后,邵尔A硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、储能模量、应力保持率均升高,在1~80 Hz内的损耗因子均降低。苯基硅橡胶上述性能的变化幅度小于氟硅橡胶,耐辐照性能更好。The radiation resistance of two kinds of damping materials used in spaceflight was studied,Whose mechanical properties,damping properties and stress relaxation were compared and analyzed before and after irradiation.Results show that the Shore A hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break,storage modulus and stress retention of MPVQ and FVMQ are increased and the loss factors are decreased in the range of 1~80 Hz by irradiated 2.9×10^3 rad.The variation of the properties of phenyl MPVQ is smaller than that of FVMQ and has a better radiation resistance.
