摘　　要：[目的]探讨炎症性肠病病人自我效能、疾病活动度与生存质量的相关性。[方法]采用炎症性肠病病人生存质量量表(IBDQ)、慢性病自我效能量表(CDM⁃SES)、疾病活动指数评价表对北京协和医院消化内科住院的173例炎症性肠病病人进行调查。[结果]炎症性肠病病人CDM⁃SES总分为(7.08±2.02)分,IBDQ总分为(142.23±39.50)分,疾病活动指数为(4.41±3.02)分。炎症性肠病病人疾病活动指数与IBDQ总分、症状管理自我效能感呈负相关(P<0.05),IBDQ总分与CDM⁃SES总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。自我效能在疾病活动指数和生存质量之间具有中介作用。[结论]护理工作者可以通过系统化的干预措施提高炎症性肠病疾病活动期病人的自我效能感,从而增强病人的信心,改善病人的生存质量。Objective:To explore the correlation between self⁃efficacy,disease activity index and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:A total of 173 patients with inflammatory bowel disease,who were admitted into gastroenterology department in our hospital,were selected as subjects.Investigation was carried out by Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionaire(IBDQ),Chronic Disease Management Self⁃Efficacy Scale(CDM⁃SES)and Disease Activity Index.Results:The total score of CDM⁃SES among patients with inflammatory bowel disease was 7.08±2.02.The total score of IBDQ was 142.23±39.50.And the Disease Activity Index was 4.41±3.02.There were negative correlation among Disease Activity Index,the total score of IBDQ and self⁃efficacy of symptoms management(P<0.05).While,there was positive correlation between the total score of IBDQ and total score of CDM⁃SES.Self⁃efficacy played a mediate role between disease activity index and quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Conclusion:Nurses can increase the self⁃efficacy of patients with inflammatory bowel disease by taking systematic interventions.Thus,to enhance confidence and improve quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
