摘  要:探讨一种纳米纤维包缠纱纺纱装置的开发要点与应用效果。开发的新型纳米纤维包缠纺纱装置,从机后向机前依次设置为粗纱喂入部、纳米纤维包缠部、干燥部、牵伸部和加捻卷绕部。其核心部分为粗纱喂入部分和纳米纤维包缠部分。粗纱喂入部由粗纱架、旋转装置组成,旋转装置安置在粗纱管和用于将粗纱松捻的假捻器上;纳米纤维包缠部添加设计了静电纺丝装置,在纳米纤维包缠部分与牵伸部分之间设置干燥部分。开发出的聚丙烯腈纳米纤维包缠纯棉15.8 tex纱和聚丙烯腈纳米纤维包缠棉/莱赛尔/黄麻45/35/2032.4 tex纱具有纳米纤维表面效应,且性能指标较好。认为:该装置生产简单、可控,加工的纳米纤维包缠纱中纳米纤维分布均匀度良好。The development key points and application effects of a nanofiber wrapped yarn spinning device were discussed.The new nanofiber wrapped yarn spinning device developed was designed with roving feeding part,nanofiber wrapped part,drying part,drafting part and twisting&winding part from back to front.The core parts were roving feeding part and nanofiber wrapped part.The roving feeding part was made with roving creel and rotary de⁃vice.The rotary device was installed in roving tube and the false twister to loose roving twist.Electrospinning device was added in the nanofiber wrapped part.The drying part was designed between nanofiber wrapped part and drafting part.The developed polyacrylonitrile nanofiber wrapped pure cotton 15.8 tex yarn and polyacrylonitrile nanofiber wrapped cotton/lyocell/jute 45/35/2032.4 tex yarn had nanofiber surface effect.The property indexes were better.It is considered that the device is simple and controllable.The distribution uniformity of nanofibers in the produced nanofiber wrapped yarn is better.
