摘  要:为了准确检测牛仔织物的纬斜角度,构建了一种基于傅立叶变换与Hough变换的牛仔织物纬斜动态检测装置。通过透射图像采集系统采集到牛仔织物的透射图像,采用傅立叶变换,先检测出牛仔织物的粗略纬斜角度,采用方向邻域滤波形成纬纱线段,运用图像细化保留纬纱条干;再通过高分辨率角度的Hough变换提高纬斜检测的精确度。试验表明:该方法检测牛仔织物纬斜的误差控制在0.2°以内,运行时间仅为0.3 s。认为:该方法能满足纬斜实时检测的精度,减少了检测时间。In order to test the bias filling angle of denim fabric accurately,a dynamic bias filling test device based on Fourier Transform and Hough Transform for denim fabric was established.The transmission image of den⁃im fabric was collected by transmission image acquisition system.With Fourier Transform,rough bias filling angle of denim was firstly tested.Directional neighborhood filter was adapted to generate weft segment.Weft evenness was kept with image thinning.The accuracy of bias filling testing was improved by Hough Transform with higher resolu⁃tion angle.The experiments showed that the error of denim fabric bias filling testing of the method was controlled within 0.2°.The running time was only 0.3 s.It is considered that the method can meet the real-time accuracy of bias filling,the detection time is reduced.
