摘 要:为有效提升自动络筒工序的生产效率,通过开展课题活动,对影响自动络筒工序生产效率的因素进行分析,并根据分析结果,分别对影响络筒生产效率的成纱质量和成形、人员操作、设备基础管理等因素采取有针对性的措施。认为:通过控制各类纱疵的产生、提升挡车工操作水平、优化各道工序工艺参数及电子清纱器参数、提升设备基础状况、加强运转管理等措施,有效改善了产品质量,提高了自动络筒的生产效率。In order to efficiently improve the production efficiency of automatic winding process,the factors that affected the production efficiency of automatic winding process were analyzed by carrying out project activities.And according to the analyses results,targeted measures were taken on the factors affecting the production efficiency like yarn quality and forming,staff operation,basic management of equipment and so on.It is considered that product quality is efficiently improved and the production efficiency of automatic winder is improved by the measures like controlling all kinds of yarn defects,improving operator operation level,optimizing the process parameters of each processing and parameters of electric yarn cleaner,improving the basic condition of equipment,strengthening running management and so on.
