低回潮率原棉加湿处理对生产质量的影响分析

摘　　要：探讨低回潮率原棉加湿处理对生产质量的影响。分析了使用低回潮率原棉对生产和质量的影响,提出了对低回潮率原棉进行加湿处理的设想,设计建造了原棉加湿处理房,阐述了原棉加湿处理范围、加湿处理方法和加湿后原棉的使用办法,并做了有关对比试验。试验表明:使用加湿处理后原棉,生条短绒率可降低1.6个百分点,成纱单纱强度和条干等指标水平有所提高。认为:对低回潮率原棉做加湿处理有利于稳定生产,提高产品质量。Effect of humidification treatment of raw cotton with lower moisture regain rate on production quali⁃ty was discussed.Influence of using raw cotton with lower moisture regain rate on production and quality was ana⁃lyzed.Idea of humidifying treatment of raw cotton with lower moisture regain rate was put forward.A raw cotton hu⁃midifying treatment room was designed and constructed.Range of raw cotton humidification treatment,humidifica⁃tion treatment method and use method of raw cotton after humidification were explained.Comparative testes were made.The tests showed that after humidification treatment of raw cotton,short fiber content of card sliver was re⁃duced 1.6 percentage points,tenacity of yarn and uneveness index were increased.It is considered that humidification treatment of raw cotton with lower moisture regain rate is conducive to stabilizing workshop production and improv⁃ing product quality.
