摘　　要：探讨聚酰亚胺纤维5.9 tex纱的生产工艺和质量控制要点。通过纤维预处理解决了纤维本身刚度大、静电不易扩散的难题,保证了纺纱能够正常进行;分别在开清棉、梳棉、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序选择合理的工艺参数和专件器材。生产实践证明:通过以上技术措施,最终成功纺制出质量满足用户要求的聚酰亚胺纤维5.9 tex纱。Production technology and quality control key points of polyimide fiber 5.9 tex yarn were discussed.Through fiber pretreatment,problems of higher rigidity of fiber and difficulty of static electricity diffusion were solved.Normal spinning was ensured.Reasonable process parameters and special accessories were selected in the pro⁃cesses of opening and picking,carding,roving,spinning and winding.Production practice proved that through the above technology measures,polyimide fiber 5.9 tex yarn with the quality meets the user's requirements is successful⁃ly spun.
