摘　　要：介绍瑞士BERKOL胶辊加工设备的使用体会。总结了瑞士BGSLMB型全自动磨胶辊机的维护保养工作规范、关键的应用技术以及胶辊加工中关键设备的技术创新。使用实践证明:瑞士BERKOL全套胶辊加工设备性能良好,能够较好地完成纺纱各工序胶辊制作和维护保养工作。Use experience of Switzerland BERKOL rubber-covered roll processing equipment was introduced.Maintenance work specification,key application technology and technology innovation of key equipment in rubbercovered roll processing of Switzerland BGSLMB automatic grinding rubber-covered roll machine were summarized.The practice proved that Switzerland BERKOL full set of rubber-covered roll processing equipment had better per⁃formance,production and maintenance of rubber-covered roll in all spinning processes were better completed.
