摘  要:研究莱赛尔金属复合织物的屏蔽效果。将莱赛尔粗纱在细纱工序中与金属丝复合纺出莱赛尔金属复合纱,并织造加工成平面电磁波屏蔽织物,测试了电磁波屏蔽织物的拉伸强力、表面电阻率、电磁波屏蔽效能。研究发现:捻度80捻/10 cm的S捻莱赛尔金属复合纱拉伸断裂强度较高;不锈钢丝与铜丝的添加有效降低了织物的表面电阻率,同时加入不锈钢丝与铜丝的导电织物有最低的表面电阻率;莱赛尔金属复合织物在层数、叠合角度、金属组成的匹配下,对特定波频的电磁波屏蔽率可达到99.99%以上。Shielding effect of lyocell metal composite fabric was studied.Lyocell roving was spun with metal wire in spinning process to produce lyocell metal composite yarn,plane electromagnetic wave shielding fabric was woven.Tensile strength,surface resistivity and electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic wave shielding fabric were tested.The study found that tensile breaking strength of S twist lyocell metal composite yarn with 80 twist/10 cm was higher,surface resistivity of the fabric was effectively reduced with the addition of stainless steel wire and copper wire,while surface resistivity of conduct fabric was the lowest with adding stainless steel wire and copper wire.With matching of layers,lamination angle and metal composition,electromagnetic wave shielding rate of lyocell metal composite fabric for specific wave frequencies reached more than 99.99%.
