摘　　要：探讨纯棉特细号织物的开发技术。分析了纯棉特细号织物的生产难点;以JC 1.94 tex×2股线为经纬纱,总结了生产技术要点。浆纱工序采用高浓度的PVA配方,提升纱线的强力和耐磨性;优选浆纱工艺,保证浆纱质量;采用DELT110型自动穿筘机,并优选穿筘器材;OPTMAX型剑杆织机采用全新的引纬配件,保证顺利织造;总结了采取的相关操作要点,进一步提高产品质量。最终织机效率达84.1%,十万纬经纬停也较低。认为:从浆纱、穿筘、织造上采取针对性技术措施是保证产品顺利开发的关键。Development technologies of superfine cotton fabric were discussed.Production difficulties of super⁃fine cotton fabrics were analyzed.C 1.94 tex×2 ply were used as warp and weft,production technology key points were summarized.High-concentration PVA sizing instruction was adopted in sizing process to improve strength and wear resistance of yarn.Sizing process was optimized to ensure sizing quality.DELT110 automatic reeding machine was adopted,reeding accessories were optimized.New weft insertion accessories of OPTMAX rapier loom were ad⁃opted to ensure successful weaving.Relevant operation points to further improve product quality were summarized.Finally loom efficiency was reached 84.1%,weft and warp stop per 100,000 wefts were also lower.It is considered that targeted technology measures taken from sizing,reeding and weaving are the key to ensuring successful develop⁃ment of products.
