摘  要:总结国内外热防护织物传热仿真的研究进展与发展趋势。介绍了热防护织物模型的发展,并从热暴露阶段的瞬态传热、热湿耦合传递以及织物冷却过程传热等方面阐述了热防护织物热湿传递模型的研究现状,总结了热湿传递的数值模拟方法。指出:热防护织物微观建模、耦合多因素及更加注重应用需求的发展趋势,为热防护织物与服装的性能及结构优化,以及新材料的设计开发提供一个新的发展方向。Research progress and development trend of heat transfer simulation of thermal protective fabrics at home and abroad were summarized.Development of thermal protective fabric model was introduced.Research status of thermal protective fabric heat and moisture transfer model was expounded from aspects of transient heat transfer in heat exposure stage,coupled heat and moisture transfer and fabric heat transfer in cooling process.Numerical simu⁃lation model of heat and humidity transfer was summarized.It was pointed out that micro-modeling of thermal protec⁃tive fabrics,coupling of multiple factors and development trend of paying more attention to application requirements provide a new development direction for performance and structure optimization of thermal protective fabrics and clothing,as well as design and development of new materials.
