再生骨料喷射混凝土基本性能试验

摘　　要：为了研究再生骨料喷射混凝土的相关性能,配制了5组混凝土,其再生骨料体积掺量依次为0%,25%,50%,75%和100%,对5组混凝土的坍落度、回弹率、超声波速、粘结强度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和密度进行了测试。试验数据显示:对应于再生骨料体积掺量依次为0%,25%,50%,75%和100%,喷射混凝土坍落度分别为185,187,183,176和172 mm,回弹率分别为22.1%,17.5%,19.6%,18.7%和15.2%,超声波速分别为4.82,4.75,4.54,4.51和4.48 km/s,粘结强度分别为1.21,1.24,1.21,1.26和1.22 MPa,抗压强度分别为40.2,36.3,32.8,31.5和30.3 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度分别为3.53,3.3,3.21,3.19和3.05 MPa,弹性模量分别为32.5,32.2,28.3,26.3和25.8 GPa,密度分别为2188,2185,2150,2135和2125 kg/m 3。结果表明:再生骨料喷射混凝土回弹率和粘结强度这2个指标优于天然骨料喷射混凝土;坍落度、超声波速、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和密度均随再生骨料体积掺量的增加而减小;抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和密度与超声波速之间明显线性相关。In order to study the related properties of recycled aggregate shotcrete,5 groups of shotcrete were prepared,and the volume incorporation of recycled aggregate was 0%,25%,50%,75%,100%,and the slump,rebound rate,ultrasonic speed,bond strength,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,modulus of elasticity and density of 5 groups of shotcrete were tested.The test data shows that the volume incorporation of the recycled aggregate were 0%,25%,50%,75%,100%,and the shotcrete slumps were 185,187,183,176 and 172 mm,respectively.The rebound losses were 22.1%,17.5%,19.6%,18.7%,and 15.2%,respectively.The ultrasonic speeds were 4.82,4.75,4.54,4.51 and 4.48 km/s,respectively.The bond strengths were 1.21,1.24,1.21,1.26 and 1.22 MPa,respectively.The compressive strengths were 40.2,36.3,32.8,31.5 and 30.3 MPa,respectively.The splitting tensile strength were 3.53,3.3,3.21,3.19 and 3.05 MPa,respectively.The elastic moduli were 32.5,32.2,28.3,26.3 and 25.8 GPa,respectively.The densities were 2188,2185,2150,2135 and 2125 kg/m 3,respectively.An examination of the previous results reveals that the two indexes of recycled aggregate shotcrete rebound rate and bond strength are better than those of natural aggregate shotcrete.Slump,ultrasonic speed,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,elastic modulus and density decrease with the increase of volume incorporation of recycled aggregate.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,elastic modulus,density are obviously linearly related with ultrasonic velocity.
